Welcome to
Taylor County, Texas!
We are located in the heart of North Central
Texas, 150 miles West of Ft. Worth, 220 miles north of Austin, and 440
miles east of El Paso. This web page is one way we are attempting
reach the public to educate them on our role in our community. We
will also use it as a means of disseminating information on hazardous
materials in our county. To find out the demographics of our part of the
